Installation

First Open up reshade and click select game. iw4sp.exe from game directory.

Then Select Directx 9 and select yes.

After that Put COD MW.ini from COD MW.zip to game  folder. 

open Texmod Now browse  iw4sp .exe from top where you will see a folder icon 

Now you will see another folder icon in the middle 

Now browse codmw2.tpf 

Now Select codmw2.tpf and Click Run 

Open the game and press Home button and select the present. 

That's it.
