Far Cry Primal in a next-gen look in 2024? Far Cry Primal to me is the most unique and beautiful Far Cry game ever! The idea of a game set in stone age 10,000 BC is awesome enough. The game design, gameplay everything is so packed with detail and things to do. It is one of my favorite Far Cry that wasn't really Far Cry and yet best game experience I ever had. This is my graphics mod of Far Cry Primal with New Improved Textures. Only a few textures and plants were remade, retextured, upscaled and replaced where the game lacked. The official HD texture pack of Far Cry Primal kind of never made a difference and honestly this game is already beautiful so only texture fixes here and there were necessary. With reshade, I've added a touch of subtle realistic lighting and photorealistic global illumination. Nothing exaggerating, just pure aesthetics and natural beauty.
