Make sure you have Xenia Canary.
Install this in the Xenia Canary Folder.
Open Xenia, and make sure to be on Ultra settings.
Then you can simply run the game.
Midnight Club Los Angeles is a based game, from the based rockstar series, Midnight Club! Midnight Club Los Angeles looks quite beautiful for an Xbox 360 video game, and here I play it on PC at 4K using reshade and my RT preset that makes the game look beautiful. It does not necessarily bring ultra realism but it does have a better color LUT and overall lighting to it that makes it look nicer and closer to modern games. I do with new Midnight Club game comes out.
