  Download  My Reshade Preset my mod collection Installation first download reshade  Install Reshade by opening Reshade.exe Now see the image after installing reshade go to vice city game folder then delete reshade shader folder then copy files from vicgra.zip to game folder open game  now press "home" button from top of the reshade menu select GTAVC_KTMX.ini  and you are done [For my mod collection do the same step after extracting it]
