Put AC.ini to \Documents\Assassin's Creed Syndicate Folder Open the game and press home. ReShadePreset.ini  present and enjoy.

Tagsow browse acrsp.exe from top where you will see a folder icon Now you will see another folder icon in the middle Now browse from   Now Select (  Assassins Creed Revelation.tpf) and Click Run  Because of high texture it will take some times but for low PC with HDD it will take up to a minute. open game and press home select REVELATION.ini from top menu enjoy NOTE 2 : YOU MIGHT FACE MXAO ISSUE LIKE YOU CAN SEE THINGS THROW PLAYER.
