 First Install the mods by  dropping them to the mods folder

then-

  • Download and open reshade.
  • Select witcher3.exe and select dirextx10/11/12
  • Select all effects and install and press OK.
  • After that, Download witcher3-mod.ini and put it inside witcher3>bin>64 folder
  • Now Download RTGI shader from Pascal Glicher and put files in reshade-shaders folder
  • Open the game and press home.
  • Select Witcher3 - MOD.ini
